 Usability and Human Factors Design |

As a demonstration of our commitment to quality, Karta regularly performs usability testing and human factors design analysis to test overall training effectiveness of their training products. Sessions are conducted using both a state-of-the art in-house lab, and a Portable Usability Lab which can be used at a client site.
At the prototype stage of development, usability and human factors design analysis measures how well the interface meets the cognitive, motivational, and psychological needs of the audience. At lesson completion, usability analysis captures raw, honest feedback as to interaction between the user and all elements of the instructional system. Results and recommendations from usability analysis are shared with the instructional systems designer, the production team, and the project manager to improve the overall quality of the product.
