A Team Effort

When complete development of training material is required, Karta works with your Subject Matter Experts to produce the best quality training material. In many cases, our customers have already performed extensive research and development of the subject material, and our team focuses on working the material into a single, cohesive training product. In other cases, Karta's Training Team has worked directly with the customer to develop subject material "from scratch," including the authoring of material and photo/video work to enhance the training experience.

Once the basic material has been developed, Karta's Production Specialists and Systems Designers work together to build a variety of custom screen templates based on the client-approved interface. The production team then integrates course content, graphics, and narration into these templates and builds the interactivity for each screen. Each produced lesson is closely reviewed by the Instructional Systems Designer as well as our Quality Assurance team before being submitted to the client for review and approval.

Keeping customers "in the loop" at all times is just one way we ensure that the best product is delivered. Through the secure, online Karta Workshop, our customers can view the status of their projects as they are being developed. Once logged in, customers are taken to a gateway where they can access elements about their own product's development. The Workshop contains entire project plans and allows customers to track progress and scheduled events. Best of all, customers can give their courses a test run-even while the courses are still in development.
